1. About YanoClub

YanoClub is a rewards and loyalty management platform that helps businesses reward customers and helps customers track, earn, and redeem rewards across participating businesses.

YanoClub acts as a technology provider only and does not sell goods or services directly to end customers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use YanoClub.
• Businesses must provide accurate registration and business details.
• Customers must provide valid contact information (such as phone number or email).

3. Account Registration

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• YanoClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
• Users must comply with third-party platform policies including Google policies.

4. Google Integration

Where users connect Google Business Profile or other third-party services, access is permission-based and users may revoke access at any time. YanoClub uses connected data only to provide requested features.

5. Rewards & Loyalty Points

• Rewards, points, offers, and benefits are created and managed by participating businesses, not by YanoClub.
• The value, expiry, redemption rules, and availability of rewards are determined by each business.
• YanoClub is not responsible for reward refusal, reward expiry, or changes/cancellations of rewards by a business.

6. Redemption of Rewards

• Rewards can only be redeemed according to the rules set by the respective business.
• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• Rewards cannot be transferred or sold unless allowed by the business.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (For Businesses)

• Business owners may be required to pay subscription or setup fees.
• Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• YanoClub may revise pricing with prior notice.

8. QR Codes & Digital Stamp Cards

• QR codes are generated for customer registration, reward claiming, or digital stamp cards.
• Misuse, duplication, or fraudulent use of QR codes is strictly prohibited.
• YanoClub may suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

9. Smart Automations & Notifications

• Automated messages (WhatsApp, SMS, email) are sent based on business configurations.
• YanoClub is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by third-party providers.
• Notification credits, if applicable, are subject to fair usage policies.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use YanoClub for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Manipulate reward systems dishonestly
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform
• Spam customers or misuse customer data

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, software, and designs related to YanoClub are the property of YanoClub.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Data & Privacy

• User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Businesses are responsible for lawful use of customer data collected through YanoClub.
• YanoClub does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Third-Party Services

YanoClub may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, WhatsApp, POS systems, gift cards, etc.). We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party platforms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• YanoClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• YanoClub is not responsible for business losses, customer disputes, or reward fulfillment issues.

15. Suspension & Termination

YanoClub reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these terms are violated
• Modify or discontinue services at any time

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of YanoClub after changes means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
